Welcome, fellow creatives! I’m Payton Reedy, and that’s me over there in the Vatican Museum, casually exploring art in Rome, as I do.

Here’s a little bit about me! I’m a recent college graduate with a BFA in Graphic Design and a BA in Theatre. Yes, I have two majors, and boy was it a lot of hard work. Being active in two different art fields, I find that I never go a day without creating or appreciating art in some sort of way.

As a Graphic Designer, I find that I’m pulled towards designing quirky brands that vibe with my personality.  Through exploration, I find I focus heavily on color, being inspired greatly by Impressionist artists like Monet and Van Gogh.  I enjoy simplistic styling best, but I love the challenge of detailed work.  My strengths lean towards branding and web design.  However, I enjoy illustration and production, and I love growing my skills in these areas.

Aside from my Graphic Design work, I like working with my hands, which is why production is fun for me.  I create 3D work in my spare time, with ceramics or metal work.  In my theatre work, I love tech work, set design, and acting. I love traveling and exploring areas I’m unfamiliar with.  I’m always ready to try something new and learn new skills!
